If you are headed to the 2019 AMUG (Additive Manufacturing Users Group) conference in the Chicago Hilton later this month, be sure visit the EWI exhibit at the AMUGexpo. We’ll be at Booth 6, showcasing EWI’s AM capabilities, services, resources, and applied R&D work. Stop by on opening night, March 31, from 5:00-10:00 pm, come over between sessions on April 1 from 10:00 am-noon, or join us later that evening during the AMUG technical competition — right next to our booth — from 6:00-10:00 pm. We look forward to talking to you.

EWI associates will also play an active role in on April 1, the first day of the conference program. We invite you to join us for these sessions:

April 1, 8:00 am — OPENING ADDRESS
EWI Director of AM Programs (and immediate past president of AMUG) Mark Barfoot will kick off the official AMUG conference program with an introduction to AMUG Insights and Highlights.

April 1, 4:30pm — POST PROCESS ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING: METALS
EWI’s Adam Brooks will moderate this hour-long roundtable discussion.

April 1, 8:30 — AMUG TECHNICAL COMPETITION
Mark Barfoot will moderate a presentation by winners of AMUG’s 2018 competition, followed by a Q&A session. The evening will wrap up with the 2019 award ceremony hosted by Mark.
